Large gem cakes are easy with this silicone mold with a geometric heart design. Whether it's making mousse cakes, chiffon cakes, large heart cakesicles, or the trending smashable chocolate heart cake, our silicone molds are versatile enough for many different desserts.
Tips: When making breakable chocolate hearts, add one layer of chocolate to the mold, let it set in the fridge, and then add a 2nd layer of chocolate focusing on the edges & walls. Then slowly go around the mold to peel the chocolate away from the walls before placing your chocolate heart face down and peeling the entire mold back to release the chocolate heart.
Both Geometric Heart Mold variants are the same size, the Flexible Geometric Heart Mold is easier to work with specifically for breakable chocolate hearts.
