USI have used the molds for home made gummy and love the molds. Easy to clean, effortless to pop out the finished gummies. My next step would be to try to bake something in them... Take no space when stored as they are tiny.
USSilicone is flexible, doesn't stick and can take the heat. I appreciate all the suggestions in the description. Simplest, other than ice cubes, is to melt some chocolate chips and to fill these molds up using a small spoon. Chill and unmold!
USYOu get two of the same shape but different colors molds and a dropper to help you fill it. The shapes are nice and crisp and make pretty gummies or candy. We made some chocolates with it. It was easier to put a big blob of chocolate on top of the mold and scrape it into the cavities, because the chocolate is so much less runny than the gummie mixture that you can simply pour. It worked pretty good. The mold is sturdy enough to keep its shape, but soft enough so it is easy to push the hardened candy out without damage.
USThe possibilities are endless for this set of molds. Well made, good quality, should last a lifetime.
USThis set of two BPA-free silicone molds feature heart, clouds and tear drop designs. Each mold measures approximately 7 3/4 by 5 1/2 inches and has 45 cavities. The molds work for gummies but also can make cute ice cubes or be used with candy melts to create small chocolates or accents to decorate cakes and cupcakes. I use molds like this regularly and although a dropper is included it is easier to fill them using a pastry bag. No recipes are provided but they are readily available on-line.
